NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cork County Council is considering under Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, the closing to public traffic of the following road for the date and for the times stated:-

Clonakilty Street Carnival

Saturday 16th June, 2018

Pearse Street (R880)

From 07.00hrs to 19.30hrs

Ashe Street (R880), Astna Street (L4036-1), Rossa Street (L4039-0)

From 07.00hrs to 18.00hrs

Wolfe Tone Street (R880)

From 11.00hrs to 18.00hrs

Connolly Street (L4039-0)

From 18.00hrs to 22.00hrs

Roads to be closed:

Wolfe Tone Street, Ashe Street, Pearse Street, Astna Street, Rossa Street, Connolly Street

Alternative Route:

The alternative route is the N71 Bypass from Facksbridge Roundabout to Maxol Roundabout in either direction

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this proposed closure is to facilitate

Clonakilty Street Carnival

Any person interested may lodge an objection in writing to the closing of this road, with the undersigned not later than Wednesday 23rd May 2018 at 5.00 pm.
