TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROADS



NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cork County Council is considering under Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, the closing to public traffic of the following roads for the dates and for the times stated:-



Erection of Scaffolding to Front & Gable of 29 Thomas Davis Street, Mallow

From 08.00hrs Monday 11th June 2018 to 18.00hrs Friday 20th July 2018

24 hr Closure

(Pedestrian Access Maintained)



Road to be closed:

L9013-0 for 91m from the junction of Thomas Davis Street (R883) to the junction with the L9013-1 (Bowling Green)

Alternative Route:

From Thomas Davis Street (R883) travel to the junction with O’Brien Street (L1240-0) continue on to New Road, at the junction of New Road and Fair Street (L1207-57) turn left travel along Fair Street to the junction with Bowling Green (L1238-0), travel along this road staying left onto L9013-1 (Bowling Green)



NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this proposed closure is to facilitate Erection of Scaffolding to Front & Gable of 29 Thomas Davis Street, Mallow



Any person interested may lodge an objection in writing to the closing of these roads, with the undersigned not later than Tuesday 22nd May 2018 at 5pm.
