TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROAD – L8052-0 The Miles, Clonakilty



Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, & Part 8 of Road Regulations 1994, Article 12 (sub article 6), notice is hereby given that the urgent closure of the road as detailed below is necessary, in the interests of public safety.



Road to be closed:

Road at Ballyduvane, Clonakilty between The Miles and Carhoo



Road Number:

L-8052-0 (Part).



Alternative Route:

Travelling south take L-8053-0 to Ladies Cross, the L-4007-52 to Connors Cross and the L-8050-21 to Carhoo.



This alternative route is also applicable in the reverse.



Duration of closure:

Friday 20th July 2018 to Friday 31st August 2018 – 24 Hour Closure



Reason for urgent closure:

Extension of Existing Road Closure for Installation of a Culvert



You should note that this Urgent Closure does not facilitate the making of objections/observations.
