NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Cork County Council is considering under Section 75 of the Roads Act, 1993, the closing to public traffic of the following roads for the dates and for the times stated:-

Bantry Bar-B-Que Festival 2018

Saturday 4th August 2018 to Monday 6th August 2018

(Please see road closure times below)

Monday 6th August 2018 (16.30hrs to 19.30hrs)

   Road to be Closed:    William Street

Road Number:           L-4753-0

Alternative Route:     Cars only: from Chapel Street, on to Scart Road L-4715-0, then Blackrock Road L-4730-0, Tower Street L-4729-0 and then onto the N-71.

Trucks / Buses: from junction with Hospital Cross- Hospital Road L-4716, L-4731-0, L-4714-0, then Scart Road and Ropewalk L-4715-0 on to the N-71.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that this proposed closure is to facilitate

Bantry Bar-B-Que Festival 2018.

Any person interested may lodge an objection in writing to the closing of these roads, with the undersigned not later than Wednesday 18th July 2018 at 5.00pm.

In order for Cork County Council to consider your submission/objection to this Temporary Road Closure, it may be necessary to forward same (including your personal information) to the applicant.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations, your consent is required to transfer your personal information to third parties. Accordingly, please indicate in your submission if you consent to the transfer of your personal information to the applicant.
