Pursuant to Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993, & Article 12 of the Roads Regulations 1994, notice is hereby given that Cork County Council proposes to temporarily close the following road for the period and reason specified below:-

Road subject of Proposed Closure:

The L-4402-0 from its junction with the L-4401-33 at Lissagriffin Cross to its junction with the R591 at White Strand.

Period of Proposed Closure:

Sunday 27th January 2019 (12.00hrs-17.00hrs)

Reason for Proposed Closure:

To facilitate Goleen Road Trotting Races

Alternative Route:

From Crookhaven to Lissagriffin via the R591 to Goleen and the L-4401-67, L-4401-53 and the L-4401-33 to Lissagriffin.

Objections to this proposed temporary road closure should be made in writing, to the undersigned, quoting Ref: TRC-159-18, not later than 5pm on Wednesday 12th December 2018.
