There will be a Stop/Go traffic light system in place in Johnstown, Waterford on Sunday 29/01/17 from 8.00am to 16.00pm,  to facilitate essential repairs to the water network.

Waterford City & County Council (WCCC) and Irish Water (IW) apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Water Supply Disruption – Ballinattin, Pickarsdatown, Ballydrislane, Drumcannon, Carriglong, Ballykinsella, Corbally Upper & Lower.

Waterford City & County Council (WCCC) and Irish Water (IW) wish to advise that customers in that above named area’s of Tramore will experience disruption to the water supply today, Friday 27th January, due to a burst water main.

Waterford City & County Council and IW apologise for any inconvenience.

Yellow Wind Warning in effect for Waterford, Valid: Wednesday 25 January 2017 10:00 to Thursday 26 January.

South to southeast winds will increase strong to gale force and gusty in coastal counties of Ireland today. These winds will persist overnight and into tomorrow Thursday. Mean winds of 55 to 65 km/h are expected, with gusts of 90 to 110 km/h at times. Winds will be at their strongest overnight and for a time tomorrow, in southwestern, western and northwestern coastal counties. 01 2017
