TipperaryPERIOD OF CLOSURE:Monday 19th of November 2018 to Friday the 23rd of November, 2018 inclusive.ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:Heavy vehicles divert via N24 east to Fiddown, Co. Kilkenny, and R680 west to Carrick-on-Suir. Alternatively, heavy vehicles can divert at Kilsheelin via R680 east to Carrickbeg and Carrick-on-Suir.All other traffic divert via N24 west and North Quay, (L6712) to Main Street, and via Old Bridge (L2709) to Carrickbeg.REASON FOR CLOSURE:To facilitate construction of new public plaza outside the Municipal District Office, New Street, Carrick-on-Suir.Objections to the proposed temporary closure may be submitted in writing to the Director of Services, Roads & Health & Safety, Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, Co. ROADS ACT 1993 – NOTICE OF INTENTIONTEMPORARY CLOSING OF THE ROAD NO. N52 AT BALLINDARRA TOWNLAND & BALLYLOUGHANE TOWNLAND. (BIRR to RIVERSTOWN). This Council gives notice of its intention to close, temporarily, the following road in accordance with section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 (S.I. 197 of 1993) and the Roads Regulation 1994.THE ROAD NO. N52 AT BALLINDARRA TOWNLAND & BALLYLOUGHANE TOWNLAND. (BIRR to RIVERSTOWN). Local diversions will be in place. The road will be closed for a three-day intermittent period (or part thereof) beginning in the month of November 2018 to February 2019. The road closure is necessary to facilitate repair works to the road. Tipperary County Council are carrying out works on the N62 between Thurles and Templemore, Co. Tipperary. These works will take place between 8am and 6pm on the 18th,19th and 22nd October, 2018. Long Delays can be expected. HGVs will be diverted through Borrisoleigh along the R501 and R498.Tipperary County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.

Temporary closure of R438 (Athlone Road from Borrisokane) from 17-19 October 2018

Tipperary County Council shall be closing the R438 Athlone Road from Wednesday 17th October 2018 to Friday 19th October 2018, from 7am to 7pm to facilitate road resurfacing works.The road shall be closed between Derrinvohill (N65 Portumna Road Junction) and Walsh Park (R489 Birr to Portumna Road Junction) with diversions in place. North Bound traffic shall divert via the N65 to The Ferry and The R489 to Walsh Park.South Bound traffic shall divert via the R489 to Riverstown and the N52 to Borrisokane.Tipperary County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused to members of the public.

Tipperary County Council wishes to announce that road resurfacing works will commence on Monday 15th October on the N62 in County Tipperary at the following locations: Pouldine, Ballybrista Loughmore, Tinvoher Loughmore, Dublin Road Roundabout, Roscrea and Templemore road roundabout Roscrea. These works will be on-going until 26th October 2018. A Stop and Go system will be in operation and delays can be expected.Tipperary County Council apologises for any inconvenience caused.
