Please note Emergency Barrier Repair Works will take place on the Northbound slip road from M20 to M7 at N18 Junction 1 (Rossbrien – Junction of M20/M7/N18) as follows: Thursday 11th April, 2019 from 22.00hrs to 06.00hrs on Friday 12th April, 2019.

Traffic Northbound  from M20 to M7 will be diverted to N18 Junction 2 (Dock Road) and back onto the M7 via N18 Northbound.

Roadworks Notice: N69 Glenbane, Robertstown

Limerick City and County Council advise motorists, road users, business and commercial premises that roadworks will operate on the N69 at Glenbane Junction near Robertstown, commencing Thursday 11th of April with the expectation of completing the works by Friday 12th of April.

These roadworks involve pavement re-texturing and reinstatement of road markings. Temporary traffic management comprising of a shuttle system with stop / go traffic control will operate. Emergency service vehicle access will be available at all times. Motorists are advised that traffic delays are likely during these work periods.

Limerick City and County Council advise motorists, road users, business and commercial premises that roadworks will operate on the N24 from the Ballysimon Motorway Junction towards Tipperary for 1km, from 9pm to 6am commencing Wednesday 10th of April with the expectation of completing the works by 6am on Friday 12th of April.

These roadworks involve pavement re-texturing and reinstatement of road markings. Temporary traffic management comprising of a shuttle system with stop / go traffic control will operate. Emergency service vehicle access will be available at all times. Motorists are advised that traffic delays are likely during these work periods.

Major Roadworks ,amp; Traffic Diversions: Roxboro Road, Limerick R511 (Between Careys Road and Sexton Street)

Limerick City and County Council advise motorists and road users that major roadworks will operate at Roxboro Road, Limerick R511 (between Careys Road and Sexton Street) for 1 week commencing Monday 15th April 2019 at 9.30am until Friday 19th April 2019 at 5.00pm.

Major traffic delays are expected along Roxboro Road while these roadworks are in operation.

Traffic diversions will operate and city bound traffic will be diverted to Careys road and Parnell Street, Mallow Street.

Motorists are advised to avoid this area and use diversion routes as traffic delays are expected.

These roadworks are associated with sewer provisions to the new Limerick Prison.

Emergency service vehicle access will be available at all times.

Roads Act 1993. Road Regulations 1994 – Article 12. Temporary Closure of Roads: Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the provisions of the Roads Act 1993 of the intention of Limerick City and County Council to close the sections of roads detailed hereunder at the specified locations and times to facilitate the Limerick City Riverfest Festival from Friday, 3rd May 2019 to Monday, 6th May 2019.
