TEMPORARY CLOSING OF PUBLIC ROAD – Laying of new watermain – L2001 Clomacow Road, Kilmurry

Road Closed:

The L2001-43 from its junction with the L-2001-10 and the L-2003-0 at Kilmurry to its junction with the L-2001-71 and the L-6011-0 at Clodah.

Alternative Routes:

Traffic travelling from Kilmurry to Crookstown will follow the L-2002-0 North through Kilmurry Village and turn right onto the N22 at Lissarda. Traffic will follow the N22 before turning right onto the R590 at Stage Cross Roads and onto Crookstown Village.

Traffic travelling from Kilmurry to Crookstown may also follow the L-2003-0 south as far as Barrack Cross Roads, turning right onto the L-2004-0 and continue south before joining the R585 at Bengour East. Traffic will turn left and follow the R585 to Crookstown Village via Bealnablath

Traffic travelling from Crookstown to Kilmurry via the L2001-71 will be diverted left onto the L-6011-0 at Clodah and continue along before turning right onto the L-2003-0 at Currabeha Cross Roads and continue north towards Kilmurry Village via Barrack Cross Roads.    

These alternative routes above are also applicable in the reverse.

Duration of closure:

From Monday 19th December to Friday 23rd December 2016 and Tuesday 3rd January to Friday 20th January 2017  (24 Hours Daily)

Laying of a new watermain
