NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 75 of the Roads Act 1993 that the following road will be closed to public traffic for the dates and times stated:

Westlodge Fastnet Rally 2016

Stages 1, 3 and 5 - Coolkellure

Sunday 30th October 2016 (9:00am to 5:30pm)

Roads to be Closed:

From the junction of the L-8568-0 and L-8746-0 at Shronacarton to the junction of the L-4612-69/L-4611-28/L-4611-0 and L-4612-50 at Dromdrasdil via Shronacarton, Clodagh, Pookeen, Sillahertane, Milane, Kilbarry, Inch West, Inch East, Derryduff, Coolkellure, Carrigskullihy, Shiplough, Derrynacaheragh and Dromdrasdil.

Road Numbers:

L-8568-0, L-8568-11, L-4614-49, L-4614-36, L-85681-0, L-85682-0, L-85683-0, L-85691-0, L-4613-0, L-4613-33, L-4609-27, L-46094-0, L-4609-0 (Part) and L-4611-0.

Alternative Route:

From Drimoleague to Derrynacaheragh via R586, R587, R585, L-4610-0 and L-4609-0.

This alternative route is also applicable in the reverse when travelling from Derrynacaheragh to Drimoleague.

This closure is to facilitate the Westlodge Fastnet Rally.

In addition, all adjoining public road for a distance of 200 metres from the junctions with the roads listed above will be closed.
