Notice to consumers on the Castlerea Regional Water Supply Scheme
Roscommon County Council wishes to advise consumers that, as a precautionary measure, it is advisable to boil water before use until further notice
Boiled water should be used:
· For Drinking
· For Ice Making (discard ice cubes in fridge, freezers)
· For the washing of foods that will not be subsequently cooked
· In connection with any other item that comes in contact with food and
· For teeth washing
Water can be used for bathing and flushing toilets.

Roscommon County Council regrets any inconvenience caused to consumers.
