Roscommon County Council wishes to advise consumers that, as a precautionary measure, it is advisable to boil water before use until further notice.
Boiled water should be used:
For Drinking
For Ice Making (discard ice cubes in fridge, freezers)
For the washing of foods that will not be subsequently cooked
In connection with any other item that comes in contact with food and
For teeth washing
Water can be used for bathing and flushing toilets.
